Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://reddeertireshop.ca constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Tire Legend reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes New Tires, Used Tires, Tire Installation, Tire Repairs, Oil Changes provided by Tire Legend. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Tire Legend and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Tire Legend may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tire Legend makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Tire Legend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Tire Legend from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. AB law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AB, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
